Login Help

After registration, you will receive a temporary password by email. This can be used to log on with your user name on the login page.

Enter your user name and password accurately - both are case-sensitive. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a password of your choice.

If you forget your password, please inform the marketindex team. They will be happy to assist.

Please read the system requirements in order to determine if your computer is properly configured to use the marketindex trading platform.

If a firewall is active on your computer, the marketindex trading platform can only work properly if the firewall allows HTTP requests via port 80 or port 9700. If you experience recurring problems when connecting to the marketindex price server, please contact the marketindex team.

Upon successful login, the marketindex trading platform will open in a new browser window. Pop-up blockers may prevent this window from opening. If the window does not open, a pop-up blocker is active. There are two ways to allow the window to open:

1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking on the "Login" button. This should deactivate the pop-up blocker.

2. Configure your pop-up blocker to always allow pop-ups from the marketindex website. This instruction shows you how to do this
